Roberto and everyone else made us feel so welcome, and we’re grateful for their hospitality. We stayed for a week at the end of July, during a spell of hot weather in Italy. Our room was just right, with a great bed and air conditioning. Breakfast was very good, with everything fresh.

The hotel is on the older side, and our four-bed room was small, though the double rooms seem to have been recently renovated. We thought the price was fair for what we got. The staff were helpful, especially the young woman at reception, who patiently answered our questions and handled our requests. Roberto also made sure we got a good breakfast, including coffee made from freshly ground beans. The mattresses were comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and worked well, so we slept nicely.

The hotel is a little old, but the staff more than make up for that. They were the best, happy to offer information and advice about Grado, including restaurants, the beach, and things to do around the city. Our room was very clean, the location was excellent, and breakfast was really good. They’re dog friendly too. I can only recommend this place.

The owner and employees were very helpful and treated us like especially welcome guests. Breakfast was great, and our room was clean and tidy. It was basic, just as we expected for the price.

It’s a no-frills place, but clean, with air conditioning that works well, and the beach is almost right at the entrance. My one complaint is the number of rules from the friendly owner. There are instructions about parking, breakfast seating, where to leave the keys, and more, laid out over three printed pages. It feels like a bit much for such a relaxed holiday spot.
