Maria, the manager, was friendly and attentive. Before we arrived, she let me know that there’d be no airport bus on the May 1 holiday. Our room was a good size, and the bathroom had all the amenities. It’s an older hotel, like most in Grado, but it’s well kept and very clean. The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, with good quality food and fresh fruit. You could also order from the kitchen. The breakfast room was nicely arranged, the food was well presented, and staff were on hand and attentive. For dinner, the family has a very good restaurant in Grado called Da Luciano.

Maria was very kind and helpful. This small family-run hotel is close to both the paid beach and the city center. The rooms are small, but clean, and breakfast is fantastic with lots of fresh fruit.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our Alpe Adria bike trip. The hotel was lovely and very clean, and the room service was perfect. Breakfast was really tasty, and manager Maria was friendly and very helpful. The location worked well, with the beach, center, and a nice playground nearby. If we come to Grado again, we’d definitely stay here.

That was the rudest waitress I’ve ever encountered in a bar. When we asked for a menu, she rolled her eyes and spoke to us rudely. They really need someone who treats customers properly. She was rude and lazy, and I won’t be back.
