B&B Sissi

My motorcycle was parked in the lot next to a poor horse. They clean the ground where the horse is every morning, and each day my motorcycle ended up covered in manure and smelling bad. Never again! I’m attaching a photo of the tourist tax paid twice. We were vacationing on the coast and unfortunately chose this B&B. We arrived on Thursday evening, late because of a motorcycle problem on the way, and were meant to leave Monday. We politely asked the girl if we could add Monday night for a fee. At first she agreed, then the day before sent a WhatsApp message, like a 15-year-old, saying we couldn’t stay after all. Before leaving, we’d paid half the accommodation by bank transfer, €140. At checkout we left the other €140 in cash in the room, I repeat, in the room! The girl pretended she hadn’t found it and demanded another €140, along with threatening messages. In the end, we paid by bank transfer. So four days cost us €420, as if this were a five-star luxury hotel. And why am I telling you all this? No tax invoice was issued. Apparently I’m the only one who pays taxes in Italy. What a shame. I wonder if the tax authorities exist in places like this.
