Cell service drops out in some corners, and Wi-Fi doesn't reach every room, so plan ahead if you need a reliable connection. The quiet grounds and comfortable shared spaces make this a relaxing place to step away from everyday stress. A great spot to rest and disconnect.

The Etna view in the background is astonishing, let's hope it stays quiet! Our junior suite was a good size. It's a fine place, though the bathroom could do with an upgrade.

The staff are helpful and keep smiling all day. The place just needs a little care here and there.

Breakfast was good quality, though there weren’t many pastries, and the prices were reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, well laid out, and decently clean. I stayed just one day. The location is quiet but somewhat remote, so you’ll need a vehicle to get around. The outdoor area also looked a bit neglected compared with the photos and could use an update.

The receptionist was very kind and pointed us toward a great place for dinner. The property felt welcoming and comfortable, and it’s not far from the Alcantara Gorges. We had a wonderful experience.
