Breakfast was generous, and we loved the homely feel of eating in the living room. Ricardo gave us great ideas for restaurants and things to do, too. We spent two nights here with my mum during our Italy trip, and the quiet at night made it easy to relax. The rooms are roomy and freshly updated, with modern furnishings and a really good bathroom and shower. From the street it looks quite modest, but once the iron gates open, there’s a large park leading into the property, where Ricardo welcomes you with a big smile and lots of personality. It’s near Lago Maggiore and Lake Como, and especially for the price, I’d recommend it very highly. We’ll be back.

The peaceful setting makes this a good deal for the money. The villa has a lovely, cosy feel, with a wonderfully large green yard, and the staff are very kind and friendly.

The owner was really friendly and nice, and there’s plenty of space. Breakfast wasn’t the best part, though it was still good overall.

The park is beautiful, and the hosts are so friendly. The rooms feel modern, and breakfast has everything you need. A perfect spot for staying around Luino. We’ll come back!

There’s a large garden around this old villa, and the rooms have been renovated beautifully. I’d recommend it.
