A nice place to stay.

The residence is clean and in an excellent location, and the owner is friendly. Breakfast is the one letdown: there’s only a capsule coffee machine in the room. I’d suggest arranging a breakfast deal with a café.

Just 25 minutes from Matera, this new residence is in a great spot. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and cleanliness is clearly a priority. Highly recommended for couples, families, or business travelers. A well-earned five stars.

The apartment is new, lovely, and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. The hostess was kind and brought out local cakes and biscuits every morning for breakfast. We’ll definitely return. Grassano is worth a visit when you’re in Matera. The locals were friendly, and the municipal engineer deserves a shout-out for sharing the town’s history.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the price was excellent for what we got. It’s a great base for exploring Basilicata, right in the Carlo Levi Literary Park.
