The balcony was my favorite part of the comfortable, well-equipped room. It faces Mount Etna, with the sunrise off to the right, so it’s a lovely place to sit and think while watching the sun come up or go down. The bar across the street opens at 7 a.m., which worked perfectly for early risers. I know the area well; it’s quiet, and various attractions are easy to reach on foot. Great.

I spent six months studying in Catania and stayed at B&B Selene every weekend. The location was especially handy, with a bus stop close by and an excellent bakery across the street. I could have the B&B’s complimentary breakfast there, along with plenty of other treats. The welcome was warm, the place was quite clean, and the sheets and towels smelled nice. Mr. Michelangelo, the owner, was always kind and ready to help. I was happy with my experience and will definitely return.

The location is peaceful and convenient, just a few kilometers from the city centre, and there’s parking onsite. Our room was cool, quite comfortable, and very clean. The owners welcomed us warmly and were attentive to our requests, with everything we needed provided. A few bathroom updates would make the stay perfect. Good value for money.

It was a short stay, but a satisfying one, and I’d gladly return. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished, comfortable, and very clean, with drinks in the room refrigerator. There’s also a kitchen in the house. The owners were helpful and kind, and onsite parking was very convenient. The B&B is in a strategic spot near a major road.
