It’s a very peaceful, welcoming place, with an owner who’s especially kind and helpful. Aosta is about a ten-minute drive away, and the property is a handy starting point for visits and excursions while still feeling completely quiet. Recommended!
We loved the beautiful view of the snow-covered mountains, and the location worked well for us, halfway between Aosta, the Christmas markets, and Pila. We took the funicular up to go sledding and let the kids play in the snow. It cost €3.50 for adults. We were five, including three small children, there for the Immaculate Conception long weekend. This typical mountain house isn’t very big, but it has what you need, and the owner looked after all our requests, even a camping shed and chair reducers. We were very happy with the stay and think we’ll definitely come back.
The two hosts are the real highlight, such lovely people. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, this is ideal.
We spent Christmas here and really liked the location. It’s great in winter and about 10 minutes from central Aosta.
The owners were so kind and helpful. Everything was perfect, and I’d highly recommend it!
