We had a fabulous time here. The facilities were great, and the food was amazing. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help whenever we needed it. I’d definitely recommend it!

We were really impressed by the rooms: spacious, comfortable and clean, with spectacular views. During our weeklong family ski trip, the gourmet food options changed every day and were always delightful. The lounge and bar were comfortable and very family friendly. Getting onto the mountain was easy, with a ski locker near the main gondola and ski storage at the hotel. The hotel also arranged our passes and rentals, so we avoided lines and got very personal service. We’ll definitely return and recommend this hotel.

My family had a great time, and the service was fantastic. It was a real pleasure to spend our vacation here, thank you! Just a bit of constructive feedback: dinner service felt somewhat disorganized, and the portions were on the small side. Maybe simpler, less refined food in larger portions would work better, along with someone coordinating the table service.

The wellness area was very nice, with a hot pool, Finnish sauna, steam sauna and a pleasant rest area. At 30eur, including a bathrobe, towel and slippers, it was reasonably priced and worth a visit. The staff were very friendly.

The spa was really relaxing, and I loved the massage. Christian was especially attentive.
