La Maison De Josè

We came as two families and stayed in both apartments. The location is excellent, a short distance from Aosta, and the side street keeps things quiet. There's no elevator, but you do get private parking and a lovely garden. The apartments have everything you need. One drawback was the heat. It was 36 degrees Celsius when we arrived, and without air conditioning we had to sleep with the windows open. There were no mosquito nets except in the living room, so we inevitably ended up with a few mosquitoes. I'd suggest the owners add nets where they're missing so guests can sleep peacefully. The lady was very kind and gave us a bottle of their own apple juice when we left. We had a great time and would happily return, with those adjustments in place.

We spent Easter here with my family, and the welcome was very warm. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the spotless apartment was equipped with lots of comforts in a true mountain style. It's in a quiet side street in a residential neighborhood, with private parking and Aosta very close by. I'll definitely return if I get the chance.

We found the apartment spacious enough for three and spotless, with a new kitchen that has a microwave and dishwasher. There were even books and board games in the living room, plus private parking at the property. It’s about a 7-minute drive to the city center and close to the main road through the region, so it worked well as a base for the Aosta area. The owner was super friendly. The only things I’d mention are the smallish fridge for a longer stay and the stairs, with no elevator, which make it unsuitable for wheelchair users or anyone with mobility problems. Still, I couldn’t find any real fault.

We spent a week here with our family and dog, who was happily welcomed. The garden was a highlight, with apple trees and deckchairs and loungers, and the juice was excellent. Everything was very clean and carefully looked after. The place is convenient for excursions and other needs, and we appreciated the dishwasher and fully equipped laundry room. The owners were very kind.
