When lift closures left us unable to get back to Alagne, the reception staff helped us find a taxi. While we waited, they welcomed us into the cosy bar with beer and hot chocolate. Their hospitality was incredible. The hotel was clean and very well kept, with just the right feel for a ski holiday. The restaurant was just as impressive, serving delicious food that was beautifully presented. Highly recommend, and we can't thank the staff enough.

The salads were really good, and breakfast had the biggest selection of teas I've ever seen, with so many different choices. The room was a good size and clean, the shower was good, and the hotel is beautiful and well located. Dinner portions felt small compared with the Italian meals I expected. They had gluten-free pasta, but some of it wasn't properly cooked. There wasn't a gluten-free dessert on the menu, though they did arrange to make one for me. I came back for dinner in September 2023, and they said they could adapt almost the whole menu to be gluten-free.

We came here each day for breakfast while on a work trip, though we didn't stay in the rooms. Breakfast was delightful, with lots of different honeys and a fresh fruit juicer, a perfect way to start the day. We also sampled dinner. The area is gorgeous, with Via Ferrata, hikes, chair lifts, and more nearby. I'd highly recommend it.

I've stayed here two years in a row and will come back again. The location is perfect for skiing, and the cosy, clean rooms and amazing food made it a great place to stay. Anna Maria and the staff were efficient, attentive, and friendly. The spa feels like a little heaven. I'm so glad I found this place.
