The location is perfect, but I don’t think the room price reflects the room’s size, details, or services. Our triple room was quite expensive, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and my daughter had a very small, uncomfortable bed. I think the management is new and has a lot to work on. I hope they can improve the hotel’s quality soon, because it’s in such a perfect spot.

We couldn’t fault this lovely family-run hotel. The food was fantastic, and breakfast and dinner changed every night. The ski bus was unreliable, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault, so we suggested they get a minibus. We’d definitely stay again.

With Crystal Ski, this was great value for money. There was more than enough breakfast and dinner, with a decent range of dishes and some local choices. The bedrooms looked a little old-fashioned but were clean and tidied daily. The location was decent, with a bus stop across the river for the slopes. Staff were friendly and spoke decent English, which was perfect for tourists as clueless as us!

Renzo and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The food was great, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Getting to the slopes was easy, with a bus stop less than 100 meters away. There’s heated boot storage and a ski room.

The food and service were excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel. The Wi-Fi was poor downstairs but worked fine in the bedrooms. The lovely rooms had fridges. I feel the cold, so they gave me extra blankets. The sauna was lovely, too.
