We liked the cozy, genuine feel, and the fireplace in the apartment was lovely. The wellness area was great too. The owner was helpful, and there's a nice restaurant serving homemade, authentic food.

The location worked well, about a ten-minute walk from the center, and our room looked out at Monte Rosa, an incredible view. There's a nice parking lot, a playground nearby, bobsleigh rides, free sleds, and an indoor play area for adults and children. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. Dinner portions were a little big, but that's fine on vacation, and the food and service were lovely. The included spa is beautiful and the sauna fantastic. Everyone was so kind and helpful, with extra care that made us feel at home. And the strudel! I think it's the best I've ever eaten. I had it every day, even at breakfast. We'll definitely come back in summer to try the outdoor area and barbecue.

The location is excellent and gives this property a lot of potential. It's a shame some small but important things were overlooked: the bathroom hangers were mounted backwards, some bulbs had burned out and weren't replaced, and the play area wasn't maintained. It really wouldn't take much to fix these details.
