It's tucked away and peaceful, a lovely base for a holiday. You're right in the heart of Chianti, with wineries you can visit directly, and plenty of Tuscan villages and towns within reach.

The horseflies swarmed us and had a feast, but we survived! Apart from that, it was a fantastic vacation, though it felt far too short. The complex had excellent, high-quality facilities, and the pool was superb. Luciano, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on local sights. We also highly recommend a wine tasting at the neighboring Schwenninger winery, "Vila Buonasera," for some delicious wine. Thanks so much, Camilla, and especially Luciano!
