Villa Niccolò Apartments

The location is amazing, and the house is beautiful with stunning views.

The host was friendly and quick to respond, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. We appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the place feel welcoming. Our Airbnb stay was great. The room was spotless, comfortable, just as described, and had everything we needed to relax. The bed was especially comfortable. Getting around was convenient, with public transport, restaurants, and local attractions easy to reach. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it to visitors. It was an excellent experience.

Really good value for the price.

The location made getting around easy. We could walk to a few restaurants, the well-stocked village shop on Via Roma, the ferry to Belaggio, and Villa Carlotta. Our five-person stay was in July 2025, and the owner greeted us warmly and clearly explained the apartment. Inside, there was plenty of room and enough bathroom space for everyone, with three toilets and two showers. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were nice and firm, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There’s a jacuzzi too, if that’s your thing. We also loved the view from the balcony, which stretches across the front of the villa and can be reached from a bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen. Covered parking was another plus.
