Villa Verde was a great base for our five nights, with a convenient position for exploring from Bormio to Tirano. The house was very well looked after, and Franca and her husband Marino were kind and available whenever we needed information. We had a lovely stay and would certainly consider returning for another holiday in the area.

You feel at home straight away with Mrs. Franca and Mr. Marino, who are fantastic, welcoming hosts. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. A great fit for anyone cycling or hiking in the surrounding mountains. Highly recommended!

This is a traditional-style mountain house, and the rooms are clean and nicely sized for two. Franca welcomed us with such warmth and was kind and attentive. Breakfast comes with the price, and it's tasty and generous, especially considering Franca prepares it all herself. The location is handy too, including for skiing in Bormio. We'd happily recommend a stay with Franca and Marino, and we'll definitely return!
