We stayed four nights and had a really good experience. The rooms had air conditioning, and everything was spotless. The cleaner was very kind, and the manager was always available and exceptionally nice. The place is right in the historic center, which is a great location.

The location worked really well, close to the center of Grosseto. Our room was clean and well looked after, and the staff were welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommended.

I haven’t been able to stay at Mazzini 78 yet, since personal reasons meant I had to cancel my room. Luigi and the team were so kind, friendly, and understanding about it. Their empathy made me think this must be a lovely, welcoming place. I’m sure I’ll spend my next holiday right there. Thank you so much, Alessandra.

A very clean little guesthouse, with air conditioning and everything you need, though the rooms are small. It’s in Grosseto’s historic center, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The host was really kind and helpful.
