The outdoor space was lovely and well maintained, and the apartment itself was clean and roomy. This farmhouse sits in the countryside but is still close to Marina di Alberese beach. There’s a shared washing machine, and we had what we needed, though a little microwave would have been useful. There’s no pool. Thanks for having us.

With regret, we won't be coming back. Since the ownership changed, our experience has gone downhill, and prices were higher than under the previous management. The new owners never came to welcome us, even though I later realized they'd stopped by several times. I didn't know who they were and thought they were tourists. The freezer used to be available for guests without one in their apartment, but it was packed with the owners' frozen meat. We needed somewhere for our beach ice packs, so I squeezed them in among the meat and told the owners. They left it there for our whole week. It also bothers me that the business kept the same name and inherited the earlier positive reviews. The good things people praised came from the previous owners and all their hard work, not the current owners.

Marzia and her family were so kind and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The place is beautifully situated in the countryside but near the sea, and the whole property is kept with real care. Inside, everything felt spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks, and see you soon. 😉🤗

The garden is a treat, with grass so soft you can walk across it barefoot, and everything around it is looked after so well. The apartments are new and very clean. Marzia and her parents are kind and always happy to help, and there's a delicious dessert waiting when you arrive. Il Migliarino is truly excellent. Definitely recommended!
