The owners were gracious and showed us their animals, beehives and more, and offered suggestions for nearby attractions. All the food grown and prepared on site was delicious. It's a peaceful country escape in the Italian tradition, with easy access to the beautiful coastal Maremma. If you're after a full-service American-style stay, this probably isn't the place. For a quiet Italian getaway, I highly recommend it. We'll be back!

I wish we'd had more time to enjoy the calm here. We only stayed one night, but I can see the appeal of a longer visit. It's a lovely family-home kind of place, where they do their best to host you. The room is traditional, the surroundings are beautiful, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I only regret not getting to try more local products. I don't know if you can taste milk or butter from the cows or goats we saw, but I'd have loved to.

Such a lovely experience! Great for children, with lots of animals. The food was delicious, and so was the horse riding. Everyone there was nice.

The restaurant was a highlight for us, with excellent home-cooked food made from local ingredients. The atmosphere was friendly, both with the owner and the other guests. It's great for kids, who can get a close look at the many animals and fruit trees. Our room was spacious and nicely equipped, with air conditioning and a fridge. There was no TV, which I really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse surrounded by greenery, and I'd happily return.
