Residence Cernaia - Private Cottage

The apartments are nice, though the sea is a bit far away.

There’s convenient parking right in front of the apartment, and the private gardens are comfortable and well kept, including for our furry friends. The outdoor grounds are maintained nicely, with a large fenced dog park and an outdoor dog bath. The pool area is tidy too, with a well-stocked bar. Our spacious, comfortable apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning in every room. The sea is about 10 minutes away. Getting to the second floor was a little difficult because the spiral staircase is narrow. A peaceful spot in the Maremma, highly recommended. We’ll be back!

The location is enchanting and very quiet. The little houses are charming and have every comfort, with lawns at the front and back, private covered parking, and a lovely pool kept in good shape for adults and children. Everything is carefully maintained and super organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and my dogs had a wonderful time. It’s a 10-11 minute drive to the beaches of Marina di Grosseto.

We had a fantastic week, and the children loved the pool, volleyball court, and little playground equipment. They’re 9, 7, and 3, and there were plenty of fun things for them to do. Breakfast service was very convenient, and the pool bar opening later in the afternoon was a nice touch. The house was clean and tidy, with its own front and back gardens. The area is lovely and close to the beach, and Grosseto is a big city with lots to do. We also took the younger kids to the water park in Follonica, which made for a fun and varied day. Thanks!
