I liked the apartment and where it was. One thing got annoying: whenever we returned after being out and using our data plan, I had to sign in to the Wi-Fi again with the password.

Everything was perfect, and the room was spacious. We had an entrance from the street, with a terrace on the street side.

We were really satisfied with our stay. The rooms were spacious, practical, and spotlessly clean, and both the host and staff were friendly and helpful. The place is central, just steps from the sea, the playground, and the beach. There’s convenient parking in the pine forest, about a five-minute walk away.

The midweek cleaning, included in the price, was a lovely bonus and much appreciated. Our apartment was spotless and in perfect shape during our week there in early September. Mr. Emilio and the cleaning staff were both kind and helpful. Being right in the center of Marina di Grosseto made getting around easy, and the price was very good. Highly recommend it!

We had a great vacation spot with our furry friend. I'll definitely come back.
