It's in a nice spot for Ciampino Airport and the Frascati area, though there was some road noise. The host was friendly and informative, and the apartment was nice and warm. The poor score comes down to the cleaning. Deep cleaning was seriously lacking: the shower cubicle was dirty, the coffee machine was disgusting, and it felt like a lot of places had not been properly cleaned. The apartment also felt a bit tired and soulless, although some effort had gone into the bedroom.

A peaceful stay away from the inner city buzz, but still close enough to train stations, restaurants, and shops. The cottage was exceptionally comfortable, very clean, and laid out well. Service was friendly and informative. I'd recommend staying here, especially if you're visiting Italy as a tourist.

The place is beautiful and well kept, and most mornings we were greeted by a pretty orange cat. The owner was so friendly and nice. He drove my travel partner and me to the train station and picked us up every day, and helped us when we got mixed up about the train terminals. He also took us to the supermarket and made dinner reservations for us at the restaurant up the street. I definitely recommend staying here!

The cottage is lovely, and the owner is helpful and nice. We only spent three nights here before our flight from Ciampino, but next time we'll definitely come back for a longer stay. Thanks a lot Alessandro.

Alessandro, the property manager, was really helpful and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. This is a wonderful spot for a city trip to Rome: there's a train station nearby, and you can reach Rome in 30 minutes.
