The staff were friendly and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the old-style decor had a modern touch. This boutique hotel and its service surpassed what I expected. We had a wonderful stay, with care shown even in the small details. We’re looking forward to returning to Grottaferrata and staying at the Locanda dello Spuntino.

The taxi trouble could have spoiled our evening, but the owners and two lovely waiters jumped in and found one for us when the apps kept cancelling and the front desk couldn't arrange it ahead of time. We were in town for a wedding about 2.5 km away, and really liked the hotel's cozy, authentic character. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and clean. Street parking nearby is the only option and can fill up in the evening, which was inconvenient. Still, the personal help made all the difference. I'd happily recommend this charming little place.

I still find myself dreaming about this trip more than a year later. The room was inviting, warm, and clean, and everyone we dealt with was so kind and helpful. The hotel is outside Rome, but close enough that we could spend most of our time in the city, then come back to a quiet neighborhood and a delicious dinner at the restaurant next door. A real hidden gem that left us with memories we'll keep for a long time.

There's no parking, despite what the website seems to suggest. Breakfast was very limited too. I wouldn't bother.

The restaurant is really good, and the hotel is a lovely boutique place in a very nice area. Highly recommend.
