Princess BB Frascati

The neighborhood is calm and pleasant, with a spectacular view from the window. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything. There was lots of different food to choose from at breakfast, and check-in was easy. It was simple to find our room, and I'd absolutely recommend this place. The city center is fairly close and very cheap to reach by train. Ciampino Airport is even closer.

The host was very friendly, and the room was nice and close to town. There's a lot of traffic on the road outside, though, so you need to be careful walking into town.

We were here on a business stay. When booking through Booking.com, we were assured several times that we'd receive a proper invoice. After we paid, the hotel refused to issue one and even said they didn't have a VAT number. That left us wondering how they could employ staff. It was inappropriate and unacceptable, caused us serious inconvenience, and meant we couldn't deduct the expense. A very negative experience on that point. We also got a phone call from someone claiming to be an "employee" who took an intimidating tone. She said the owner was a prominent accountant, though she repeatedly insisted that an invoice and a receipt were the same thing, and told us "we don't know who we're dealing with." The whole call was completely inappropriate and unprofessional, and made an already bad experience worse.

Mrs. Luisa was extremely kind and ready to help with any request or need, and the stay was truly comfortable. The property is beautiful, welcoming, clean, and very well managed. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully arranged, with every corner and accessory in its proper place. The B&B also has a large, well-equipped kitchen stocked with generous amounts of sweet and savory food for every taste. A nice extra was the soy milk. We hope to come back. The location is good for getting to the center, though it's perhaps better for people arriving by car. Walking around can be difficult, especially at night, because the road is dark and busy. Even so, the rooms are quiet and well soundproofed, and we slept well. Thank you for such a lovely stay 🥰🙏
