Two months later, I'm still waiting for my full refund. The owner messaged me on WhatsApp saying he was canceling the reservation and that I shouldn't come to the rental. Then he told Booking I hadn't shown up and kept the payment. He blocked me, so I couldn't reach him by phone. I sent Booking screenshots of his messages, but they seem to have no safety policy for scams carried out through their own platform. Avoid this place.

We never got to stay because, two hours early, the owner decided to take our room away after extending the stay for another family without telling us. Booking.com refunded us, though not so much because of the awful situation we were left in as tourists as because of the owner's lack of politeness. For ethical reasons, I won't say more about that. We won't be staying at this property again after the manager's rudeness. Paying €100 for just 15 hours is crazy, and a 7 PM check-in is absurd.

Even with our very late booking, the owner was incredibly helpful. The room smelled lovely, was spotless, and was simply exceptional. We were really happy with it.

Service was a zero. The manager was offensive. We complained that the room hadn't been cleaned, with hair on the sheets and a rough job done in the bathroom. He denied what was right in front of him, then insulted me directly. Is that how customers should be treated? And to avoid a negative review on Booking, he also wrote there that we hadn't checked in. I've attached all the evidence here. Avoid this place.
