No breakfast, but that wasn’t an issue with so much going on nearby. The rooms are simple, modern, and clean, and the place is very well organized. It’s just a couple of minutes on foot from the seafront, and good value. Highly recommend.

Marco was such a friendly, welcoming host. The view was breathtaking, and having coffee on the balcony each morning was just perfect. The location is beautiful, everything worked out wonderfully, and we had a great holiday. I’d definitely return. Thank you so much!

Breakfast is now included, and it’s far better than what I’ve had at other B&Bs. This is our second year staying here, and we’ll keep coming back. The place is close to the town center and seafront, an easy and pleasant walk away. Each room has its own bathroom, new furnishings, and all the comforts you need. Marco, the owner, is a lovely guy, kind and happy to help with anything. There’s private parking, and the highway exit is very close. For the price, it has everything I need to recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

The rooms were very clean and had all the comforts we needed, and breakfast was generous, made with fresh ingredients. We stayed over the Easter holidays after friends recommended the place, and it exceeded our expectations. There are spacious, well-kept private outdoor areas surrounded by greenery, a peaceful spot to relax and get away from everyday life. Private parking was a bonus, and the location works well, just steps from the sea and the charming village of Grottammare. From the moment we arrived, the host was professional, warm, attentive, and ready to help with any need. Highly recommended for a restorative stay.
