The food was excellent, with lots of primi and secondi to choose from, and there was always something on the grill. Our waiter Lorenzo was quick to learn what we needed and was consistently polite and helpful. The receptionist who served us, though, was really slow. The Grill Cook, also known as Mr Simpatia, was impolite and could have treated people better. The balcony view was spectacular and made up for a lot, but the rooms could have been much cleaner. The animatori were mediocre and way too excited, with yelling and off-key singing. I also thought most of them seemed limited in intelligence. The girls looking after the children's entertainment were kids themselves, and there was a lot of touching and hugging, which I personally don't appreciate. If you're a big family, this may suit you. Without children, I'd say leave quickly and don't look back. I won't return, mainly because our family has had enough of this kind of vacation. We prefer less noise and more refinement.

There are nice facilities, including a large pool and a good beach with a volleyball court. The table tennis tables are okay but worn. The bats and balls are old and tired, so it's best to bring your own. It doesn't feel especially touristy, as most visitors seem to be Italian.

The apartments were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning felt incredible after coming back from the hot beach. The beach-facing view wasn't very good, but looking the other way toward the hills was really nice.

A very bad hotel. During the Corona crisis, we had a camp and booked for two months, paying the money in advance. But we had to return because of orders from the Qatari and Italian governments, and stayed at the hotel for only 10 days. They said they would refund our money, but they lied and still haven't returned it. It was 6000 thousand euros.

The main draw is being so close to a very good swimming complex for adults and children, as well as a beautiful sandy beach. I look out at the beach from my balcony each morning.
