The couple who run the B&B were lovely and helped us when we arrived and when we left. It's a great base for visiting the Valley of Temples and other nearby attractions, and Casa Vacanza la Chiazza di Grutti was very affordable. My one small regret was that our apartment on the 2nd floor had no terrace, since that area had been turned into a dining space. It got quite hot when the windows were shut. Only the first-floor apartment had a terrace, though perhaps it wouldn't fit four people. Grotte is very quiet in the daytime and comes alive at night, with two decent restaurants. I'd recommend it.

The apartment is charming, with incomparable views over the town and the church opposite. It feels like a movie set. Mrs. Rosalba and her husband were so courteous and friendly, and always there when we needed them. Beautiful.

Right on the town square in a central spot, this apartment is beautiful and practical. Especially well suited to people traveling the Magna Via Francigena.

We had a peaceful room in a well kept house in a good location. The family running it was really kind. It's absolutely worth coming, especially when the lights are on, what a sight.
