After walking from Bevagna, we arrived exhausted, and Diana welcomed us with real warmth and plenty of help. We slept well in a comfortable, quiet room with lovely views. The food was superb, and breakfast was ready early enough for us to set off on the next leg of our coast to coast walk. We stayed just one night, but would happily come back. Thank you!

The peaceful setting and lovely view made a great impression, and the place feels well cared for, with an old-fashioned character alongside a recent renovation. I was there a few days ago while passing through for work, and Diana's warm, genuine welcome was the highlight. You can tell hospitality matters to her. If I'm back in the area, I know where I'll go.

We only had one night at Grand Relais Laurenti, but Diana's help made a stressful late evening much easier. At about 11:30 PM, a serious incident happened while we were staying at another property nearby. They couldn't help us, so we started searching for somewhere else to sleep. Diana answered despite the hour, checked that a room was available, and let my fiancée and me stay. It meant a lot, especially after the other property's lack of help. We got to appreciate the excellent service more fully over the delicious breakfast the next morning. If we get back to the area, we'll definitely return.

The New Year's Eve dinner was one to forget, and the sparkling wine for the toast was from 2006! The rooms were dilapidated and had no heat. The place felt dated and poorly managed.
