Such a lovely panorama, with everything very clean and the people welcoming. Prices were reasonable too. I'd recommend it.

We've been back for a second visit, and again found the rooms spotless and the people genuinely welcoming. It's the sort of place where you can enjoy peace and company, with good local food cooked by Anna Rita. Francesco deserves a special mention: two years ago, when I had a broken arm, he drove me to the hospital, and today he helped me again after my car's brakes broke. My lucky star gets a zero for choosing to stay home again this year. They're lovely, genuine people. We'll certainly be back.

Umbria was new to us, and we came in February and March, when it was cold and quiet. The warmth we received was something special. Anna Rita and her husband are wonderful people who'll stay in our hearts, and Tobino is such a lovely one too. Thank you all for your patience and kindness, and Anna Rita, those cakes were delicious!

We stayed for seven nights in the first week of September. The location worked really well for the places we planned to see, and the view was lovely. Getting there means taking a well-worn dirt road for 1.5 km. Two little dogs greeted us, but they only have access to the car. The room had plenty of space, though the bathroom was a bit tight and the shower door wouldn't close properly. The pool looked beautiful, but we chose to explore instead of using it. Dinner felt expensive given that there was no choice of dishes.
