We spent the May 1st weekend here and had a wonderful stay. It was peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, yet a great base for Gubbio and the nearby towns. The heated pool looks out toward the Sibillini Mountains. Our room was spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast came with delicious homemade cakes, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

The heated pool is a dream, and the owner is so kind and friendly. It's a wonderful green oasis where you can relax and enjoy being surrounded by nature. I definitely want to come back soon.

The owners welcomed us warmly and were available whenever we had questions. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, and impeccably clean. We loved the family feel and the beauty of the Umbrian hills, with time to unwind by the pool or walk in the woods. It’s a peaceful escape from everyday stress and a lovely place to recharge and reconnect with yourself. For us, it's the best!

The owner was exceptionally kind, friendly, and so helpful. The accommodation is gorgeous, set among greenery with plenty of peace and quiet, and there's a heated outdoor pool. We'll definitely be back.
