Our baby could enjoy the countryside freely, while still being in a clean, protected setting. We also loved the organic, locally produced food, especially their wine and oil. The family running the place is lovely and really tries to make guests feel at home. We felt like part of their family, and we'd love to come back.

We spent two nights in La Stalla, a spacious, very comfortable apartment with a large bedroom, a cozy bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen and fireplace. It had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, plus a patio with a table and chairs for meals outside in spring and summer, with a view. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast wasn't included, but the owners left a lovely basket of breakfast essentials. Agriturismo Fonte Chiara is kept up beautifully, like a little village, with lovely flowers and plants. Gubbio is only a few minutes away by car, so you'll need one to get there. Highly recommended.

We were in Gubbio for a wedding and spent a wonderful weekend here. The owners' hospitality was the best part, with great views, a peaceful setting, a big pool, and a generous breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our dog was thrilled to run around in the huge meadows. We couldn't have picked a better place and can't wait to return.
