The owners are so kind and attentive, and this is already our second stay. Our dog felt at home too. The garden is beautifully kept, with a superb pool at its heart. The apartment is spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. A little paradise for a dream holiday, and definitely not our last visit.

I felt so at home with Daniela and Gino that I didn’t even want to go back to my own house. They were always kind and ready to help, and the hospitality was amazing. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and kept clean, with fresh towels every day. Outside there was a fridge, grill, tables, chairs, loungers, umbrellas, and all the things for a great stay. Parking had a remote-controlled gate, and Gino even drove us into Gubbio center. On our last morning he brought pastries for breakfast, such a treat. There was a welcome basket full of delicious things too. Daniela and Gino will always be close to my heart. Thank you. Sandro Recommended, top accommodation.

The rooms were spotless, the kitchen fully equipped, and the pool impeccable. Gino and Daniela were generous and helpful, always around when needed but never intrusive. Thanks for everything. Alfredo

Our family had a wonderful time here, and we’re grateful for everything you did for us. This charming Bed and Breakfast is only a stone’s throw from Gubbio, with great service and such a lovely family welcome. Everything was perfect, right down to the little details, and went beyond what we expected.

The location is peaceful and only a few minutes by car from the center, with a pool available in summer. Gino and Daniela made us feel so looked after. The apartment has everything, and this morning we even woke up to fresh croissants and maritozzi for breakfast. Such a unique kind of hospitality.
