We had a lovely two-night stay. The manager was warm and really helpful, and both the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is available at the bar just outside. Parking is on the street, which is the one drawback, though we managed to find a spot each time. Recommended.

The price was competitive, and the place worked well for my trip: easy access to the highway and good connections to Rome. My room felt cozy and was furnished nicely. The bathroom was small but did the job, and even the outside of the building looked well kept. The owner seemed helpful when I asked about Wi-Fi. I'd recommend it.

The host was kind and ready to help with everything I asked for. My room felt almost brand new, with a comfy bed and a big TV fixed to the wall; the bathroom was roomy too. The location is especially handy if you're here for AM competitions. I'd happily stay again if I come back to Guidonia.

Andrea was so friendly. We wanted to warm up a leftover slice of pizza, but had no lighter to get the stove going, so he went out and got one right away. That tells you a lot about him. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were great, and ours had a smart TV and a bathtub. Easy to reach, and very good value. We'll come back when we're in the Rome area.

Clean, tidy, and pleasant. The manager was easy to communicate with and sorted out the problem we reported quickly. Breakfast is just a croissant and coffee, but I can recommend the place :)
