The food was all homemade and delicious, and Mario and Gabriela were excellent hosts. Our room was large, with a good bathroom and a table and chairs outside. We especially loved the animals, particularly the sheep and a little kitten called milk. Hope we get to go back sometime.

We had such a great stay at Su Bistentu. It's a beautiful place, and the hosts are lovely. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

What a disaster. The service was bad, everyone was unfriendly, and the place was uncomfortable. It felt like the lowest-budget option. I'd rather sleep in a tent.

The final bill was far too high for what we were served at our Boxing Day lunch. The food gave the impression of being recycled from the day before, and the desserts were the worst of it: obvious reheated leftovers. The sweet ravioli, which should have been fried and crisp, came soggy from the microwave and drowned in sauce, as if to cover up the poor quality. Earlier in the meal, the bread was clearly from the previous day. The appetizers included ham and sausage that seemed clearly old, and the dishes arrived cold. The ricotta ravioli tasted spoiled. The suckling pig and lamb were unevenly served, with some parts cold and dry and others barely warm. The whole experience was extremely negative.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with air conditioning, and the atmosphere feels warm and family-like. The homemade Sardinian food was cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.
