B&B Su Maimoni

Everything was great.

For six nights I stayed in this lovely B&B, full of little touches that recall its long history. The room was beautifully kept, with a private bathroom, extra blankets and pillows, and a wardrobe that was clean and smelled fresh. The sheets were always fresh too. There was a small table and chairs, a little TV, air conditioning, a dehumidifier, a hairdryer, and a cute pouf with a basket full of towels. The staff were so friendly, and the owner was lovely and always there if I needed anything. Great value for money, and I couldn’t have picked a better B&B. It’s in a handy part of town, overlooking the square and main street, with everything close by. Downstairs, the restaurant serves delicious sweet and savory breakfasts made with excellent local products. Recommended!

The room was clean, and the location worked really well for getting to the beaches nearby. The owners made the experience, they were exceptionally kind and helpful. Fantastic stay.

There’s no question the place is clean and well located. But calling it a B&B is misleading: breakfast is served at a nearby bar, and the refundable allowance is capped at €2 per person. Noise was a problem. Very loud waste collection vehicles come through this narrow street early in the morning. Then, on our final night, a cocktail bar opened and marked the occasion with loud music and street noise until after 1:30 AM. The owner doesn’t live there, but knew about it and didn’t warn us. We were disappointed.
