The meat was the standout, absolutely delicious. Before that, we had a fantastic starter loaded with fresh ham, salami, vegetables and more. The place has lots of character, though two of our three pasta dishes fell short. The radicchio one in particular was too bitter and came uncooked. Prices seemed typical for the area, but a little high for this sort of place to me. Still worth a visit.

We had a great meal, and the staff were so kind. Such a lovely spot in the EmiliaRomagna countryside.

We were lucky to get a table for Sunday lunch even though we booked at short notice, and they welcomed us anyway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The veranda looks out over Imola and the greenery, and there’s a lovely garden for eating outside when the weather allows. There’s also a children’s play area set away from the tables. The portions were generous. Between the three of us adults, we ordered two mixed vegetable crostini starters, two menus with first and second courses, mixed grilled meat with potatoes, desserts, half a bottle of white wine, half a bottle of house red, and water. The crostini and first courses were so filling that we took the grill home. We liked the caramelized fig ice cream. The soft-centered biscuits weren’t to our taste, since we expected shortbread, but we still ate two. The bill came to just under €100, and the value for money was better than we expected. We had lunch as a group with a menu arranged in advance, and everything went really well. The food and service were great, and the prices were reasonable. I got around just fine, too.
