The house itself is nice and the location is decent, but the rest was a letdown. It was cold indoors even in May, and there was no way to get the heating going. Cleanliness wasn't great, and the amenities felt very average.

The grounds and pool were well kept, and the resort was clean and maintained. Staff were very friendly and ready to help with any concerns. We were happy with the service and everything else was perfect.
We found ants in the bedroom. The landlady was friendly, but when we arrived on the first day she said we apparently owed €32, which felt like a tourist trap. The location was good, though still a bit of a walk from downtown Imperia.
It has a calm, relaxing feel, with views over the valley toward the sea. The villa holds about six apartments, along with a generous garden and a pool with garden furniture. It's a small hidden gem in a town that gets fewer tourists, and the kitchen has what you need to cook your own meals.
We were there in July with our two children. The complex was very nice, the apartment was good, and the people were friendly. They run pool activities like aerobics twice a week, plus a meal once a week. There's no restaurant right outside, so you need to go into town, around 800 meters away. We had a kitchen and everything we needed, though. Best regards, Victor from Bremen
