The quiet setting away from the city suited us, and the apartments met our expectations. We stayed in the building higher up the hill, where the rooms were clean and the furniture was good. There was a full kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, dishes, toaster, iron and hairdryer, plus air conditioning in every room. For the price, the conditions felt fair. Parking right outside the windows was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond. The apartments are spread across two separate buildings about 100 meters apart, each with its own pool. The pool at our building was clean and there were enough sunbeds for everyone. The pool edges looked a little worrying, though, and the sunny yard had no umbrellas despite having several stands for them. The iron chairs were uncomfortable without cushions, so we used towels to sit on. Getting there by car was tricky. The road up is narrow and very steep, and our loaded car often scraped underneath. We had to get out to enter the yard. The WiFi was also very weak, and we had to move around to find a place with a signal. One other issue was the terrace above the first-floor bedrooms. When the upstairs guests dragged those iron chairs around late at night or early in the morning, sleeping was impossible. These comments are just to flag a few things for management. We had such a lovely time and can't wait to come back. Cristina was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, and the staff were kind and professional too. Our apartment was comfortable and had all the comforts and things we needed. The pools were gorgeous, and the whole place is surrounded by olive trees and nature.

Un posto tranquillo immerso tra gli ulivi e le mimose, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Gli appartamenti sono puliti, accoglienti e hanno tutto il necessario. La piscina è fantastica per rilassarsi guardando il panorama. Si arriva al mare e al centro di Imperia in pochi minuti, e il parcheggio è comodo. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Perfetto per staccare dalla routine. Super consigliato, torneremo di sicuro!

The olive grove is beautiful and clean, and the sea is only five minutes away. Best of all, Cristina greets you with a smile every day and is fantastic, super kind, and ready to help with any information.

We only made it through three days because we wanted to see a few things. The place felt like being shut in a garage, and we’d have given it zero stars if we could. The only opening was the front door, secured with a cheap padlock and a toilet hook on the inside. The AC didn’t work, and the bedroom had no ventilation and an iron bed. The sofa bed had a bar digging into your back, so my husband ended up on a pool float in the middle of the night. There was no ventilation in the shower either, and it smelled terrible. In the “kitchen,” the fridge wouldn’t close properly and there wasn’t even a kettle. The nearby pool was only good for paddling. The other pool was 100 meters higher up, wasn’t very large, and had to be shared with a lot of people.
