Sunrise Apartment Seaview

The apartment is roomy, and being right beside the sea and harbor is lovely, though finding a parking spot takes patience. Inside, it feels worn and rather unwelcoming. We arrived in the evening to a very cold place. The radiators were cold despite the built-in thermostat reading about 19 degrees, and the bathroom was too chilly for a comfortable shower. We were told the city controls the heating and it couldn't be turned up. The bed had only a very thin blanket, lighter than my summer blanket at home. I spent the night freezing, caught a cold, and couldn't go on the excursion we'd planned for the next day. There were cleaning issues too. The apartment looked clean at first, but a tray in the kitchen cupboard was greasy and sticky. I wiped the wardrobe shelves myself, and the cloth turned gray. The spare blankets smelled musty and unwashed, so I washed them in the machine, which was a plus. A shame. I'd expected more, and this place wasn't comfortable for colder weather.
