Villa Camilla

The view and quiet were wonderful, and the outdoor space had a pool, table tennis, swings, loungers, a lounge area, and a wood-fired barbecue. We spent a lot of time out there. Our apartment in beautiful Liguria was nicely furnished and clean when we arrived. The landlord was very friendly and available whenever needed, and Raul was glad to suggest excursions. We highly recommend it and might come back.

The garden and pool kept the kids happy, and sunset outside was lovely. A glass of wine or beer, a book, and a few snacks, with that view, made it feel special. Villa Camilla really felt like home during our stay in the Ametista apartment. The place was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, with our two children. Raul made us feel welcome, gave us all the information we needed, and checked that everything was going well. It was a fantastic holiday that brought us back to a quieter pace and time together as a family. I highly recommend it.

That big terrace is where we ended up gathering to eat, play, chat, and sunbathe on the very comfortable loungers. It was sometimes hard to leave it. We stayed in July 2020 with another family of friends, and tried all sorts of holidays, beach, countryside, mountain, culture, and doing nothing, thanks to the many lovely villages nearby. We'd have happily carried on. Villa Camilla is wonderfully tucked among olive groves, quiet and peaceful, with hills and mountains stretching out in view. Still, it's not isolated: the supermarket is 3 km away and the sea is 5 km away. The apartments were clean, spacious, carefully and tastefully furnished, and had everything for cooking, including a microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. There was even a small welcome shop of groceries so we could make pasta right away. Families can also use a whole room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. A special hello to Raul, the owner, who was kind and discreet, and there to help with problems or offer useful information.

Raul is one of a kind, a wonderful person with a beautiful heart. The apartment was brilliant and had everything we needed. It's a lovely place to be close to nature, with such calm and good energy. Totally recommended.
