Monica was genuinely kind and helpful. Our clean, well-kept apartment looked out over the garden. It’s a great base for exploring both Florence and the Chianti region. Highly recommended!

We spent the All Saints' Day holiday here. Monica, the owner, gave us a lovely welcome. The apartment is only a few meters from the center and the Coop, and it was spotless, easily 5-star clean. It had every comfort, including a hairdryer, soap, shaving kit, shampoo, and sewing kit. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with salt and a Bialetti coffee pod for a great cup of coffee.

In the height of summer, these apartments turn into ovens. There’s no air conditioning, and I can’t believe a receptionist would rent out an apartment that gets sun all day for 100 euros a day without it.

It’s a cozy place, and the ceiling fans help. Still, air conditioning would be ideal when it gets hot.

A lovely apartment, roomy, quiet, and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Recommended.
