The farmhouse dates back to the 1400s, but it has all the modern comforts you need. The hosts are delightful and make you feel like family, as if their home has become yours. And then there’s the wine, olive oil, real Tuscan food, and an atmosphere that’s hard to put into words. The setting for Tuscan sunsets is perfect, though that’s only part of what makes this place so special. Treat yourself to this one-of-a-kind Agriturismo.

Our host was so friendly and kind, and the villa itself is about 600 years old. Everywhere you look, there are vineyards, olive groves, and that famous cypress-lined lane leading to the house. It’s wonderfully quiet, with only birdsong. The room, breakfast, and other facilities were excellent. The views are stunning, and the whole stay felt like heaven. Memories to last a lifetime.

We were welcomed by such lovely people at this amazing, out-of-the-way agriturismo. Breakfast is included and was great. It’s not too far from Florence, either. Totally recommend it.

Rain came on the wedding day, enough that we moved most of the celebration indoors. I had a little cry that morning, but the weather didn’t take away from how amazing the day turned out. Our guests called it the best wedding they’d been to, praised the food as the best they’d ever had at one, and said it was one of the most fun days of their lives. My husband and I felt the same. The food was outstanding and there was so much of it, with everything made on the premises, “0 km.” There was plenty of wine and other drinks, the cake was incredible, and the service was fabulous. I don’t think any of our 100 guests failed to enjoy themselves. Everyone danced until 1am, and nobody wanted the night to end. They also arranged babysitting, with activities, balloon modelling, and entertainment for the kids, who were having such a good time they didn’t want to leave either. We booked the agriturismo for four days around the wedding so both our families could stay together. We were happy there from the first day to the last. The place is picturesque, rustic, and beautiful, just what you imagine when you think of a Tuscan country house. Each evening before the wedding, they kept us busy and very well fed: pizza and beer the first night, then a four-course dinner the night before. Breakfast was served every morning. All the food is made on site, it’s delicious Tuscan cooking, and it was all so affordable. We had a blast. I planned the wedding at I Viticci from Australia over the course of a year. It turned out more magical and memorable than I ever imagined. Planning from so far away was stressful at times, and I even wished I’d picked something simpler and closer. But Donatella and Iacopo had everything covered, and it all came together perfectly. This review can’t do justice to the memories. I’m forever grateful to them, and to Claudia from Blossomy Events. Thank you so much, Donatella and Iacopo, Iacopo’s lovely mother, and the staff of ‘I Viticci’. You have something very special and offer a level of service other businesses could learn from. A million times over, thank you!

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it’s so peaceful and quiet here. An absolutely wonderful place to stay.
