The garden makes for such a peaceful place to sit and enjoy a meal. I loved how fresh everything tasted, with thoughtful flavors and presentation throughout. It was a fantastic restaurant experience, and I’d highly recommend it for a calm meal with really good food.

Casa del Vino is a lovely spot for a treat, somewhere between casual and formal. We went on a Friday, and the 45 Euro fish tasting menu had five courses with drinks included and no hidden charges. The wine pairing worked well with every course, and the food, service, and presentation were excellent. During the week there’s a smaller selection instead of a full menu, which helps keep the dishes fresh and carefully prepared. Gluten-free alternatives are available too.

We stopped here for lunch on the way from Sirmione to Ortisei, and it ended up being the best meal of our trip. The views are gorgeous, and the atmosphere is even better than the pictures suggest. Service was clean, quick, and friendly. We also picked up some great wine for the drive up the mountain. Grazie mille!

The breakfasts and dinners here are hard to beat. It was a perfect stop on our travels through Italy, and we’d like to come back for a few days sometime.

Every course impressed me, thanks to the fresh ingredients and the care in the cooking. They have a daily changing menu and options for allergies, too. After several trips to Italy over multiple years, this is easily the best meal I’ve had there. Don’t miss it!
