The service was poor, and at these prices I won't be back. There aren't many places to stay in Isernia, but this one felt way overvalued. Reception was abrupt and didn't give us much information. The modern rooms have a lot of tech, though some of it didn't work well: the mirror TV looked fancy, but its remote was unreliable. The room stayed at 27 degrees all night because the AC either wasn't working or had been switched off. There were two moldy strawberries in the mini fridge when we arrived. The bathroom, on the other hand, was clean and very modern. Breakfast had a good choice of pastries, eggs, meat, and fruit. It was self-serve, and nobody offered coffee; after waiting 30 minutes I asked, and the attendant brought an espresso reluctantly. No milk or cappuccino was offered.

At 92 euros a night, this hotel is too expensive. The room and bathroom were a good size, and the cleaning was fine apart from black mold in the shower. The staff were very nice, though the same person seemed to handle reception and breakfast, so they may be short staffed. My room's mini bar was broken. Breakfast was a bit dirty and just sad. The hotel really needs updating.
