Dominic took us up to the national park the next morning after a great breakfast, and gave us one of the best tours I’ve ever had of the park and nearby towns. We arrived late, but they still let us check in and helped us out. They didn’t speak English, which is common in the region, but they were willing to help us translate and were very kind. Great service and very nice people.

We had an amazing stay thanks to the great hospitality and service. I’d recommend this hotel over any other in the region. Thank you, La Piscina family, you’re awesome!

We stayed here on June 1st. When my group couldn’t find a ride to the mountains, the owner Dominic gave us a whole tour of the area. The breakfast the next morning was very good too. I’d strongly recommend staying here.

The family were very friendly and accommodating, and even helped us sort out a small problem with our bikes. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable, and having the pool was a welcome bonus. A huge evening meal was included in the price, so it was extremely reasonable.

We were treated like family, and the food was delicious. The location is great, in the Gran Sasso Mountains and just a 40-minute drive from the Adriatic Sea beach. I got to explore a good part of the Abruzzo region with my toddler. We’d definitely stay here again.
