The terrace has a lovely sunset view, and the villa is an easy three-minute walk from the beach. The water is beautiful, though the beach itself could be cleaner. There are pizza and bar food options nearby, and the bar noise early in the evening does settle down before bedtime. Inside, we had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with lovely coffee. Everything was clean and nicely kept, and there was free parking behind the gates. The hospitality and service were exceptionally kind.

We loved the private balcony, especially for morning coffee with that stunning beach view. The villa is spotless and has what you need, including reliable Wi-Fi and powerful AC, which came in handy in the Italian summer. It sits in a secure gated area, and having a dedicated car park on site was a real plus. The beach is a quick two-minute walk away. The train station is about 10 minutes away, so getting to Palermo or the airport was easy. Our host was friendly and attentive, replied promptly to every message, and made sure we had what we needed throughout the trip. A wonderful stay for comfort and convenience by the sea.

The sunsets over the water were breathtaking, with a great 180-degree view. Luigi was ready and able to help whenever we needed something. The beach is really beautiful and underrated, with restaurants nearby, and Isola della Femmine is about a 12-minute walk. The location also makes it easy to get onto the highway towards Palermo. Highly recommended.
