It's a family-run hotel with wonderful, helpful staff and spotless rooms. They also own Furmicula, which is a restaurant and disco pub. There's a free shuttle to and from the port too. Thank you.

The breakfast was good, served on a lovely terrace overlooking the garden. Our basement room was small and damp, and the air conditioning didn't work. The furnishings could use some improvement, especially the doors, which need better soundproofing. They picked us up at the port without warning. The hotel is a little outside the city center, about a five-minute walk away.

Our room was clean, and breakfast was excellent. The staff were welcoming and gave us useful tips for exploring the island. They also provide a shuttle to and from the port.

The prices felt far too high for what was offered. My basement room was damp and poorly equipped, with no outlets near the bedside tables. One shutter was broken, letting light in during the morning, and it meant people outside could see in. Breakfast was okay for a 3-star hotel, but the service could be better.
