B&B Sikelia

The B&B Sikelia is close to the city center and several shops, and has a small kitchen guests can use if needed. I stayed there a few months ago and had a really pleasant time. The owners were unusually kind and friendly, and the rooms were new, clean, and well furnished. It's a comfortable place I'd recommend for a short visit to Ispica.

The room worked really well for the three of us: spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. The owner was warm and attentive, and gave us useful tips for the places we wanted to see. We picked Ispica as a base for visiting Marzamemi, Ragusa, Modica, Syracuse, Noto, Pozzallo, and Ispica itself. Parking was easy to find, and the elevator was handy for luggage, or for anyone who has trouble with stairs. I can't think of a better place to stay in the area, and would gladly recommend it.

The location deserves five stars, but the stay itself was unpleasant. The rooms felt cramped, dated, and uncomfortable. When we asked for fresh towels, staff sarcastically asked how many showers we had taken. They also had no extra pillows available at first, and only provided them later after other guests checked out.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the place is a great option for a stay. Just keep in mind that breakfast isn't included.
