Relais Torre Marabino

After the evening catamaran from Malta, it's only a 15min. drive to reach this oasis. Such a lovely place to return to, and a relaxing way to begin a holiday. Dinner is excellent too. Really recommend it.

Francesco was helpful before we arrived and kept checking in while we were there, answering questions and offering ideas as our plans changed. That kind of hospitality, along with the attentive staff who quickly learned all our names, made our group feel relaxed and welcome. We were two large families, 4 adults and 7 children, staying for nearly a week over Easter. The grounds are green and well cared for, with room for energetic kids to explore. Our rooms in the ancient fort had been renovated with care and elegance. The location is convenient for visiting the main Baroque towns around the Noto Valley, and beaches and nature reserves are close by when you want a break from sightseeing. We had a very positive stay at Torre Marabino and would recommend it to travelers in the area.

We had a lovely four-course lunch on the terrace, with amazing Sicilian dishes given a modern twist. The food is organic and comes from their own greenhouse, and the staff were very professional. In July and August the terrace gets too hot during the day, so go in the evening in summer or eat indoors in the afternoon. The bedrooms are stunning and romantic, and there's also a pool, playgrounds for children, and lots of history around the property. We left very full and had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

The garden and pool are beautiful, but it's the staff who made this stay so comfortable. The women on the team were incredibly sweet and lovely, and the chef was amazing.
